Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
CARTER G is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, CARTER G is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery facility. We will do our best to assist you when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review and assist with resolving the issue.
